Shokupan is a Japanese milk bread known for its light, pillowy texture and slightly sweet flavour. We slice our shokupan to a generous 2.5cm thickness for a satisfying balance of soft centre and crisp edges.

Our Japanese-style bagels are slightly chewy on the outside and soft on the inside with fillings rolled into the dough. They are perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy.

  • Items are individually packed and frozen to maintain freshness. All orders are prepared with insulated liners and ice packs to keep your food safe during transit.

  • Pop your items in the freezer as soon as possible. The best-before date is stated on the label (approx. 4 weeks from the day you receive your order).

  • A small spray bottle is included to help you get the best out of our bakes. Simply follow the reheat instruction card for optimal results.

  • Orders are processed every Wednesday for next-day delivery. You can select your delivery date (Thursday only) at checkout.
