Bagel n Cakes is a small food business based in the United Kingdom, registered with the London Borough of Wandsworth. This website is hosted on Squarespace. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases where a product is unavailable, there is an error in pricing or product description, or we are unable to fulfil the order for any reason. If your order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full within 7 working days.

3. Product Information

We take care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, products may vary slightly in appearance as they are handmade. These variations do not constitute faults.

We provide allergen information on each product page and on product labels. It is the customer’s responsibility to review allergen information before placing an order. If you have any concerns, please contact us prior to purchasing.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment is taken at the time of order via Squarespace’s integrated payment system. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by third-party couriers (such as Royal Mail or similar). Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate. Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, including late delivery or failed delivery attempts.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bagel n Cakes shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Delays or failures caused by third-party couriers

  • Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
