Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, or minor variations in appearance.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by a third-party courier (such as Royal Mail or similar). While we will do our best to assist with tracking and follow up on any delivery issues, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, including late delivery or failed delivery attempts.

Issue with delivery (e.g. problems with tracking, or parcels marked as delivered but not received)
Issue with your order (e.g. incorrect or missing items)
Item arrived faulty, damaged, or not as described
We will review your case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
