Products

Can you make my cake/ tart less sweet/ vegan/ keto-friendly?

All our products have been tested over and over again before launch. Please respect the time and effort we put into our products. We cannot adjust the recipes based on your preference or dietary requirements.


How long can I keep the cake/ tart at room temperature for?

Cakes and tarts must be refrigerated within 30 minutes of collection. If your travel journey requires more than that, please bring your own cooler bag and ice pack, or add one to your order.

How long can the cake/tart last?

All cakes and tarts are made fresh in our kitchen every morning. We recommend to consume within the collection day, especially mille feuille. If unable to do so, please store cheesecakes and tarts correctly for the day after.


Why is the 4" tart smaller than I expected?

Tarts are smaller than cakes because of the height difference. We advise all our customers to check out the size guide before placing an order.

Orders

Can I place an order for tomorrow?

Lead time for pre-orders is 4 days in advance or earlier if booked out.


I have placed an order online. Do I need to confirm the details with you?

Please check your mailbox for an order confirmation email. You will not receive a text message from us unless there is an issue with your order. If you did not receive an email, please contact us and provide your phone number.


Can I make changes to my order?

You may change order details one time after placing an order. Every request to modify thereafter will incur a $50 service fee. All changes need to be made 48 hours prior to your pickup/ delivery time.


Can I pick up my order earlier or later than the indicated time slot?

Please arrive within the time slot shown on confirmation email. If you arrive early, your order may not be ready for pickup. If you arrive late, we may be closed for the day. We do not offer refund or replacement if you fail to collect your order on time.

Yes! We have limited amount of cakes and tarts in different size available for walk-in purchase. Please contact us at 9738 2434 for updates.

Delivery

I don't want to leave the station. Can I meet you at the MTR?

Sorry, we don't deliver to MTR stations.


Do you offer door-to-door delivery?

You may arrange a walker/ driver to pick up your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to make these arrangements on behalf of our clients.


Do you offer roadside delivery?

Roadside delivery is available for orders over $2,000. Please contact us via 9730 3726 for details.
