Can I place an order for tomorrow?
Lead time for pre-orders is 4 days in advance or earlier if booked out.
I have placed an order online. Do I need to confirm the details with you?
Please check your mailbox for an order confirmation email. You will not receive a text message from us unless there is an issue with your order. If you did not receive an email, please contact us and provide your phone number.
Can I make changes to my order?
You may change order details one time after placing an order. Every request to modify thereafter will incur a $50 service fee. All changes need to be made 48 hours prior to your pickup/ delivery time.
Can I pick up my order earlier or later than the indicated time slot?
Please arrive within the opening hours. If you arrive early, your order may not be ready for pickup. If you arrive late, we may be closed for the day. We do not offer refund or replacement if you fail to collect your order on time.
